What is Kadabra's Vinyl Lounge?

Kadabra's Vinyl Lounge was created by Kadabra Music and it specializes on pre-orders for vinyl releases. Once a record available for pre-order at our store is officially released, it can't be purchased from us anymore. Our warehouse receives all the listed products before the official release date. This way we can ensure you receive your orders on or around release date of your purchased products.

Can I add vinyl records with different release dates in my order?

Yes, you can. However we can only dispatch your order once we have all products available, so if release dates differ too much from each other we recommend to place different orders to avoid long waiting periods.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled providing we haven't already dispatched it to you. Just contact us through the online form in the Contact page and we will do our best to action it before it goes to our warehouse. Please, make sure to include your order details. We are not able to cancel your order once it's been processed.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can update the delivery address for any ongoing orders as long as you contact us through the online form in the Contact page with your request before the order is dispatched to you.

What are your delivery times?

We'll do our best to ship your order to make sure you receive it on or around release date.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery costs vary based on destination and order weight, and will be calculated automatically in your cart. These delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Customers residing in Portugal will be charged less than what is listed below.

My delivery hasn't arrived. Can you help me?

You will be notified by our system once your order has been dispatched. Once that happens, please wait until the expected delivery time has elapsed.

If you have chosen Standard Mail delivery please check if your local post office are holding the package for you. They may not have been able to fit your package through your letterbox and taken it for you to collect from the depot. They should leave a card to say that delivery has been attempted, but in our experience this doesn't always happen. If they return the package to us because you did not pick it up at the post office, the order will be returned to stock and you will be refunded for the goods less the postage. If you still require the order then we will send it again upon receiving the shipping fees.

What is your return policy?

If your items arrive damaged, we will either issue a credit voucher to you (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you a replacement. We may ask you to return the damaged item to us before we can take further action. Please contact us through out Contact page and we will tell you how to proceed.
